Historie

Rensen Shipbuilding BV, the original name of Rensen-Driessen Shipbuilding BV, was incorporated by George Rensen in 1980.

In 2004 Wim Driessen joined the company, after which the company was re-named Rensen-Driessen BV.

Since 1980 the company has delivered its clients around 600 new vessels. Many vessel types originate from the Design Department at Rensen-Driessen Shipbuilding B.V.

In addition to the new build of and trade in inland and seagoing vessels, the company also acts as a broker for the sale and purchase of existing vessels. Colleague Twan de Goey is also a Registered Shipbroker and is responsible for the Brokerage Department (Rensen-Driessen Scheepsmakelaardij BV).
